Jacob Shiff is a startup founder and investor with expertise in healthcare, enterprise software, AI, and public policy.He currently serves as Chief AI & Technology Officer at the CMS Innovation Center, where he helps shape federal payment policy to accelerate the adoption of technology and AI across the U.S. healthcare system. Prior to joining CMS, Jacob co-founded and led Anomaly, a Series B healthcare technology company that uses AI to streamline health insurance payments. At Anomaly, he secured multimillion-dollar partnerships and raised approximately $20 million from leading venture capital firms.Earlier in his career, Jacob was an early employee at Redesign Health and held roles at Flatiron Health and Google.Jacob earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
